it caught my eye because: i thought that rihanna looked absolutely amazing on the cover, but that girl always looks gorgeous so i don’t know why i was so surprised. actually, this cover is from october 2007, but you can browse the cover archive here to see all that you’ve missed.
an itsy bit about it: it’s a canadian magazine covering fashion, of course!! get the scoop on new shops and what’s hot on the catwalk.
the insides: in the april issue learn how to wear ruffles to any occasion. i’m not a ruffle girl so i don’t think that article will help me a darn bit, but there’s also a bit on canadian designer rad hourani. i’d probably be more interested in the new tropical prints and exotic skins they’re showing.
