my birthday is a whole 10 days away and i’ve concocted a very serious, mostly make-believe and that’s why it’s called my “dreamlist,” list of thangs i’d like to get.

1. ginger big appaloosa fringe bag, $1,154
this bag here has niki written all over me! it’s big and fabulous and the fringe…good gracious. this bag is all that and a bag of chips.
2. tortoise shell cuff, $195
i love tortoise shell. i’d collect tons of it if i had the dough to blow. wanna buy me something? make it tortoise shell and we can be besties.
3. gordon parks collected works, $285
gordon parks‘ work is just phenomenal. this five-volume collection spans five decades of mr. parks photography career.
4. flowerbomb, $105
okay, so i recently smelled this in a magazine on one of those strip-y things and i fell in love!! flowerbomb is the bomb!! you know, from what i could tell from the magazine strip-y thing.
5. the sartorialist closer, $19
i’m a huge fan of scott schuman‘s work and since i own his first book it only makes sense to add his second to my collection. right? right!
6. jennifer fisher charm necklace, price varies
i love jennifer fisher’s jewelry and the charm necklaces are just super funky and cute. i’d have to replace all the hamsa’s with crosses though. i’m team Jesus!
7. valentino rockstud flats, $895
these shoes right here are just too fly. i haven’t gotten too into the whole stud trend but these valentino’s are a classic. like seriously, you could never convince me these suckas are out of style.
8. dior bordeaux leather over-the-knee boot with embossed crocodile detail, $1,800
do i really need to comment on these boots/! oh.my.goodness…these boots are everything. and i don’t even use that phrase.
9. tasha west jewelry, $96
ms. tasha west is an incredible jewelry designer and these double crescents are simply the bomb. she’s got so many goodies in her etsy store that it was hard to choose one pair! i’ll take them all, please & thank you!
